Refund & Return Policy – Two Five Zero Gear

At Two Five Zero Gear, every item is made-to-order with care. Because of this, our return and refund policy is slightly different from traditional retail.


Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.

  • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase

  • After this window, your order may already be in production and cannot be changed

Returns & Exchanges

Because all items are custom-made, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

👉 Please review sizing charts carefully before placing your order.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand by our quality. If you receive an item that is:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect (wrong item, size, or design)

We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

To qualify:

  • Contact us within 30 days of delivery

  • Provide:

    • Order number

    • Clear photos of the item and issue

Once approved, we will send a replacement or process your refund.


Lost or Stolen Packages

If your order is marked as delivered but not received, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or household members

  2. Contact your local carrier

Since shipping is handled by third-party carriers, Two Five Zero Gear is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim.


Shipping Delays

As outlined in our Shipping Policy:

  • Production takes 2–5 business days

  • Shipping takes 5–10 business days (US)

Delays caused by carriers, weather, or high demand are not eligible for refunds.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank


Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping fees

  • Refunds will not be issued for failed deliveries due to incorrect address input
